Ingredients-100 gms.Aloo(Potato)
100gms. cucumber
1 onion
1 tomato
salt to taste
1/2 tsp.turmeric powder
1/2tsp.red chilli powder
1/2 tsp.coriander powder
1cup coriander leaves
2 tbsp. oil for cooking
Method-cut the aloo and cucumber into cubes.
Heat oil in the pan add cut pieces of onions.
when the onions turn brown add tomatoes salt spices.
when the tomatoes are done add cucumber potatoes mix well and cook on a slow fire till tender.
Eat with rice or roti.
