Ingredients-5to6 leg pcs.
100gms. curd
1tsp.turmeric powder
1tsp.redchillipowder
1tsp.coriander powder
salt to taste
1 onion
1 tsp. ginger garlic paste
oil for cooking
Method-Wash clean the chicken
Marinate it with curd spices and salt for 3to4 hrs.
Heat 2 tbsp.oil in the pan add cut pcs. of onions
When the onions turn brown add ginger garlic paste
Then add the marinated chicken mix well adding 1 cup of water.
Cook on a slow fire till tender.
