Moong Bhajiya


Ingredients-100gms.yellow soaked moong daal
50gms.grated doodhi(White guord)
salt as per taste
oil for cooking
Method-Grind the soaked moong daal to thick paste.
Add grated doodhi salt and 1tsp. hot oil to it.
Deep fry like bhajiya.
Enjoy with chutney or sauce
