Methi paratha


Ingredients-1 bunch methi leaves
250 gms. wheat flour
salt to taste
1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
1 tbsp. curd
oil for cooking
Method-Wash cut the methi leaves.
Take wheat flour add methi leaves ,curd ,salt, turmeric powder knead it into dough.
Make small balls roll out into paratha cook on tava applying oil.
Enjoy with pickle.
